- Do you have a product catalog ?
- DropShipInc.com will supply you with the images and descriptions for the suppliers that we carry. You may alter the descriptions or use your own, as you see fit. You will be able to download all item descriptions, costs, UPC codes, and images from our website. We do not offer catalogs at this time.
- Where do you ship to and what's the rate ?
- We currently ship UPS and USPS and charge their published rates plus $4.00 per order for handling. We do not ship international orders at this time. We do not guarantee/insure delivery of USPS packages and damages/loss claims with USPS must be filed through your office. We will file UPS claims.
- Do you provide quantity updates ?
- We update our inventory every hour. You will be able to download updated inventory availability file from our website 24 hours a day.
- How do i place an order ?
- Placing orders is fast and easy. You can place orders with us on our website using item SKUs or you can place orders by uploading a CSV file with multiple dropship orders.
- What is the turnaround time ?
- The processing time for orders is 24 to 48 hours. Our busy season is during Halloween from early September to end of October. Although, we will do our best to fulfill your orders within the shortest time, our processing time can go up to 3 to 4 business days during busy season.
- What happens if the item is received damaged ?
- If we sent a damaged item or an incorrect item to your customer, we will send a replacement, a partial replacement, or a refund at no charge to you or your customer. We will make every attempt to have the item arrive in time for your customer's event. We may ask for the damaged or the incorrect item to be shipped back to us for credit, or we may ask you to destroy it. If we ask for the item to be returned, we will issue an electronic return label for the return item which your customer will simply drop the package off to a US post office or UPS center.
- Do you take returns ?
If the item does not fit, or your customer does not like the received item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order at your cost. To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return merchandize authorization(RMA) number before sending it back. Our returns department will process returned item within 3 to 4 business days upon receiving it.
If the reason for the return is not our responsibility, we will charge $5.00 for return item processing fee. Drop ship fee and shipping fee will not be refunded. Please note that all return items must be in the original, new, undamaged packaging for credit. If credit is denied, we will hold the un-credited product for 30 days should you need to review or return of that product.
If a package is shipped to your customer and refused, it will also be charged $5.00 for return item processing fee. Drop ship fee and shipping fee will not be refunded.
